About the Opportunity

GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter of a long-established motorcycle wholesale and retail distribution company, is hiring a ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST who will handle bookkeeping, tax compliance, and day-to-day financial operations.

What You Will Handle
Bookkeeping & Daily Accounting
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
  • Process journal entries, payments, receivables, and adjustments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Tax Preparation & Compliance
  • Prepare BIR forms, schedules, and supporting documents (1601, 2550, 2551, 1701/1702, etc.).
  • Assist in filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with government regulations.
Reconciliation & Reporting
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger balancing.
  • Help prepare financial and management reports.
  • Monitor payables, receivables, and expense tracking.
Audit & Documentation Support
  • Assist in providing documents for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain organized and updated financial files and records.
What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or tax compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of BIR processes is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may also apply.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems/software.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Organized, reliable, and willing to learn.
