
Documentation Assistant

- Preparation of documents related to registration of titles
- Processing of transfer of titles and tax declaration
- Preparation of requests for all funds needed
- Liquidating of funds
- Monitoring of accounts
- Preparation of payment for taxes
- Responsible for ensuring good communication and coordination with major government agencies ie BIR, Registry of Deeds, LGU
- Ensure timely submission/application/renewal of licenses/permits and other documents
- Conduct research on properties
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Must be honest, motivated, keen and trustworthy
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to do field work
