Sales Assistant – Automotive Tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable automotive tools or equipment.
  • Provide detailed product information, pricing, availability, and usage instructions.
  • Process sales transactions, prepare quotations, and handle basic billing/invoicing tasks.
  • Maintain clean and organized product displays and stock shelves as needed.
  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Support outside sales activities by preparing items for delivery or demo.
  • Deliver or pick up items from customers/suppliers when required (must know how to drive).
  • Stay updated on new products, features, and industry trends.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent; diploma/degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field is an advantage.
  • Sales experience or knowledge in automotive tools/equipment is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems, etc.).
  • Must know how to drive and have a valid driver's license.
  • Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to handle automotive tools and small equipment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
