About the role

As a Parts Receiver at One Point Contact, Inc.', you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming automotive parts and equipment at our state-of-the-art distribution facility in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments of automotive parts and equipment
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received items against purchase orders
  • Input received inventory into the company's computer system
  • Store parts and equipment in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
  • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure efficient parts distribution
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a parts receiving or warehouse role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts and equipment
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
