Sales Executive for Vinfast Ortigas

What you will do:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom or dealership lot
  • Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
  • Follow up with leads from online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Process all documents related to sales transactions and customer requirements
  • Assist in test drives and vehicle delivery procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current models, promotions, and competitor offerings
  • Build strong relationships with clients for future business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales or any sales-related field is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
