What You'll Do

Shape the brand online

  • Create and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to build visibility and engagement.

Bring ideas to life

  • Produce short form videos, photos, graphics, and social assets that support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

Own the content calendar

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content that aligns with marketing goals, promos, and seasonal pushes.

Drive engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions and coordinate responses with internal teams.

Collaborate for impact

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and e commerce teams to support campaigns and ensure cohesive content execution.

Track what works

  • Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions and provide insights for improvement.

Support campaign execution

  • Assist with influencer content, paid ad assets, social deliverables, and creative requirements for launches and promotions.

Stay trend ready

  • Identify emerging formats, sounds, trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.

Manage production

  • Capture, edit, and finalize video and photo content for organic and paid use.

What We're Looking For

Content creator mindset

  • Able to produce photos, videos, social assets, and short form content independently.

Platform fluent

  • Understands content requirements for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and digital placements.

Strategic and creative

  • Balances creative storytelling with data insights from platform analytics.

Strong communicator

  • Writes clear captions, scripts, and copy aligned with the brand tone.

Organized and deadline focused

  • Can manage multiple content requirements, calendars, and deliverables accurately.

Detail oriented

  • Ensures quality, consistency, and accuracy across all posts and assets.

Collaborative partner

  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams, creatives, and influencers.

Adaptable learner

  • Keeps up with platform trends and is willing to be hands on during shoots or content production days.
