As a
Social Media Content Creator & Editor,
you will be responsible for crafting attention-grabbing short-form videos and motion assets optimized for performance, engagement, and social media platform best practices.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Design and animate engaging short-form videos, GIFs, Reels, TikToks, and more for social media platforms.
  • Edit campaign footage with graphics, text overlays, transitions, and animations that align with brand identity.
  • Create motion templates and visual systems for recurring content formats.
  • Develop multiple creative variants for A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house Social, Brand, and Influencer teams.
  • Align deliverables with creative briefs, campaign objectives, and platform trends.
  • Optimize assets based on data (engagement rates, scroll-through, CPCs, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent versioning, organization, and timely delivery of content.

*Minimum Requirements:*

  • Studies: Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience in social media content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Social Media Content Creation tools such as but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN) and familiarity in using remote tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Asana, etc.
  • Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

  • Schedule: Must be willing to work graveyard shift in Philippine Time. Work schedule will follow the American calendar.
