Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, schedule and publish content across social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to build the brand and generate leads.

Manage our social media presence: engage our community, respond to comments/messages, monitor discussions, and build follower relationships.

Run paid social media campaigns: ad creation, targeting, budgeting, monitoring and optimizing for conversions.

Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with sales, technical and service teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with the offerings and supports lead generation.

Produce content assets (blogs, infographics, videos, case-studies) that highlight our solutions, projects and partnerships.

Qualifications:

·      Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing

·      Strong copywriting, visual content creation, and storytelling skills.

·      Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), analytics (Google Analytics, social insights) and content-creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).

·      Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms and the ability to apply them in campaign strategy and execution.

·      Excellent communication, collaboration and project-management skills.
