FiLDEV has opened its doors once again for another exciting role as creative, social media-focused interns, open to students seeking internship opportunities and learning about the latest trends and strategies in various mainstream social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and more). Our Internship Program is a longstanding company advocacy dedicated to helping the next generation of Filipino creatives and IT professionals gain valuable experience and insights that will advance their future careers.

As we start our second batch of the Internship Program under our Marketing team, we're looking for dedicated and passionate creative and social media savvy students pursuing courses under Marketing/Advertising, Communication Arts, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Film/Music Production, Broadcasting, Creative Design, or other similar fields to undergo an internship with us to create dynamic and engaging social media contents for our internal and existing clients and projects.

This role is perfect for those who would like to excel and learn new methodologies in creating high-impact, engaging content for social media, marketing promotions for local and global companies and paid advertising for various media platforms. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid/work-from-home setup, with the potential for weekly on-site meetings in BGC, Taguig City.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

• Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, ensuring alignment with FiLDEV and/or its clients' brand voice and objectives.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and create insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to enhance content strategy.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas and strategies.
• Assist in managing and growing FiLDEV and/or its clients' social media presence across various platforms.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Digital Arts, or any related field of study.
• Must present a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school.
• Links of your best social media contents and/or design projects
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer or other tools for social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
