About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical
Analyst/Associate

to be based in the Philippines to join our team. You will support our work developing financial and operational insights and executing solutions focused on leading the energy transition via real world applications. You will work on business models and policies aligned with global decarbonization pathways. This will also require you to be open to additional learning, training and development to manage work plans as we help prepare you for the next stages of your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a broad set of projects ranging from administrative tasks, origination or new business initiatives and existing transactions
• Effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders (including clients, other consultants, key industry players, and regulatory bodies)
• Facilitating discussions with various stakeholders and clients whether via an engagement, transaction, regular updates, or events
• Prepare research and write-ups including papers, concept notes, marketing materials, and presentations
• Review of existing laws and regulations, industry and economic trends, and other data required to complete reports
• Conduct of due diligence and preparation/ review of financial models, valuation and analysis
• Preparation of proposals, pitch decks, regular market/ legal/ regulatory updates, grant reports/ presentations and other donor/ stakeholder facing materials
• Preparation and maintenance of full financial models with financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cashflows) and financial analysis
• Support business development efforts through research, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

For Associates

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of professional experience in power/ energy, business, E&S/ ESG, policy, or other related sectors.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Quantity Survey, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point will be a plus.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with the Philippines' energy policy and regulatory landscape will be a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

For Analysts:

• Fresh graduate or shifting industries with interest in going into finance/ ESG open to apply for Analyst
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Quantity Survey, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
