Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related fields (fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied to process assessment and mapping
  • Familiarity with process documentation and analysis (e.g., workflows)
  • Basic literacy in programming/coding languages such as Python, SQL (or similar)
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g.., Power BI, Tableau) and design best practices in presenting insights
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and maintain attention to detail
