About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow your career in the insurance industry? We're looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Associate/Analyst to join our Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in insurance while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting client needs, and contributing to process improvements all while developing skills that will set you up for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Handle administrative and operational tasks across multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Identify and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution
  • Support service delivery goals through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
  • Engage with internal and external customers to maintain high service standards

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Adaptability to organizational changes and willingness to work rotational shifts
  • A fast learner with a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in any non-technical discipline
  • Prior experience in insurance claims or related fields is a plus (but not required)
  • Open to fresh graduates
