Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admin Staff role located in Quezon City. The Admin Staff will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing administrative processes, preparing invoices, providing finance-related support, and offering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational abilities, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to support day-to-day operational needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Processes, including recordkeeping and maintaining organizational workflows
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with Invoicing and Finance-related tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial records
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with administrative technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in an on-site setting
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role; a background in finance or business support is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
