Admin Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide admin support including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely distribution.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks from meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Review documents to ensure they follow company standards and formats.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical files.
Manage document control (scanning, copying, archiving, safekeeping).
Track incoming/outgoing communications for proper documentation and follow-up.
Keep office records and sensitive info confidential and secure.
Help coordinate employee trainings, workshops, and seminars.
Support daily HR operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief of Staff or HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
At least 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
