Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training and development programs across the organization. This role will focus on soft skills development, compliance training, and sales training initiatives while also driving talent development strategies to strengthen workforce capability and ensure sustainable growth in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Development & Delivery
Design and deliver engaging training programs in soft skills, compliance, and sales effectiveness tailored to the needs of various business units.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify training needs, create learning roadmaps, and implement learning solutions that drive performance.
Ensure all compliance training meets regulatory standards and industry requirements.
Talent Development
Develop and implement talent development frameworks to identify high-potential employees and build career pathways.
- Support succession planning and leadership development through targeted learning initiatives.
Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Learning Strategy & Management
Conduct regular training needs assessments and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure ROI.
Manage external training vendors, consultants, and e-learning platforms where required.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with HR, Sales, Compliance, and Business Unit Leaders to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in training methodology, adult learning principles, and talent development practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and training within regulated industries.
- Experience in designing and delivering soft skills and sales training programs.
- Proven track record in talent development and succession planning.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of business acumen with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business performance.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
