Mama Lou's is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
