Knowledge and Skills Requirement

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

  2. Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering, focusing on digital platform development.

  3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.

  4. In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and cloud services.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  6. Experience in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation.

  7. Ability to think strategically and align technical solutions with overall business objectives.

  8. Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are a plus.
