About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Head of Digital Platforms
to lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of our enterprise digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving
digital transformation
, optimizing platform performance, and enabling seamless digital experiences across all channels.

You will collaborate closely with
engineering, product, marketing, and IT teams
to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions that align with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design, architecture, and delivery
    of digital platforms to support business goals.
  • Provide
    technical leadership and mentorship
    to software and platform engineering teams.
  • Define and execute a
    scalable digital platform strategy
    , ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions.
  • Drive adoption of
    best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering
    .
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the platform roadmap.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for platform initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience
    in software engineering, with a focus on
    digital platform development and transformation
    .
  • Proven track record in
    leading high-performing engineering teams
    and managing large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    and
    modern frameworks
    .
  • Experience with
    DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
    , and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in cloud or project management (e.g., AWS, PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
