Part-Time: 2–3 Days per Week

Day Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM

Rate: PHP 4,000–6,000 per Day (Depending on Experience)

Position: Financial Controller / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller/Bookkeeper to oversee end-to-end financial operations for our mid-sized organization. Reporting directly to the Founder, this role combines hands-on bookkeeping with strategic financial oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insights that support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting activities.
  • Manage payroll, tax compliance, statutory filings, and multi-jurisdiction reporting.

Financial Oversight & Controls

  • Develop and maintain internal controls, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow strategies.
  • Coordinate external audits; manage collections, vendor payments, and debt obligations.
  • Deliver financial modelling, scenario planning, and KPI dashboards for leadership.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Optimize processes related to expense management, inventory accounting, and fixed asset tracking.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or controller roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting growing or scaling businesses is a plus.
