We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our company.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for recording the financial transactions of the various entities in the group, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial records with applicable accounting regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and the monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Participate in the review and reconciliation of accounts, as well as in verifying the accuracy of accounting records.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actual results versus budgets and initiatives, providing insightful commentary and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key business partner to department heads, providing financial guidance and decision support to drive performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • Experience working within the payments industry or related
  • +4 years of experience in Accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or Oracle is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Work well in a team and under pressure.
