We are hiring for a Financial Controller for our client in Eastwood, Libis

This follows a hybrid work setup and a salary of up to 200K Monthly

Minimum of at least 5 years of post qualifying relevant experience as head of finance for a large PHP-based group, CPA required

Requirements:

  • CPA qualified as at least 5 years of post qualifying relevant experience as head of finance for a large PHP-based group
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Confident in dealing with senior managers
  • Commercially savvy and strategically focused
  • Ability to work autonomously, providing direction to the operational managers and making sound and sensible decisions
  • High standards of integrity and work ethic

Preferred experience:

  • BPO Experience preferred

Job Description:

  • Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
