Product Manager – CNS Division (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Makati (Onsite with frequent fieldwork)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing team. The Product Manager will take ownership of assigned product portfolios within the CNS division, ensuring their success in terms of sales, profitability, and market share growth.

You will act as the product champion, responsible for developing marketing strategies, strengthening partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring the sales team is fully equipped with product knowledge to succeed in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company's product champion for assigned products.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective, strategic marketing plans.
  • Monitor competition, pricing, government policies, and market distribution channels.
  • Support training by developing product syllabi and conducting product knowledge sessions.
  • Meet regularly with the sales team to update and enrich product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top opinion leaders (KOLs) in the CNS field.
  • Prepare and update rolling product forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Execute strategic projects as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Perform other related functions in support of business objectives.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical setting, specifically with CNS-related products.
  • Holder of a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct frequent fieldwork across different locations in the Philippines.

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and knowledgeable in market research, data interpretation, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills in product development and management.
  • Computer literate with expertise in presentation tools.
