Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift

What You'll Do:

  • Be the product champion for assigned CNS portfolio
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and distribution channels
  • Support training initiatives for sales teams
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the field
  • Update monthly rolling forecasts
  • Execute strategic projects from Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Perform other tasks aligned with business goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in pharma (CNS experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in market research and data analysis
  • Proficient in presentation tools and computer applications
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork across the Philippines
