About this opportunity:

The Integration Engineer is data and value-driven to effectively manage integration services, analyzes, prepares, implements and executes test cases to verify the configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of a node/network/system. You will also adhere to compliance to group directives, legal & financial directives, Processes & Tools, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security & privacy

What you will do:

· Supports presales with analytics, proposal of solution and strategy for integration to assist in the commercial engagement

· Defines strategy for integration linking to the contract to secure customer value

· Defines scope & quality, estimates cost & time and plans activities

· Prepares, collects and validates scripts & configurations with focus on accuracy prior to execution to support the plan

· Defines, prepares, and executes test cases to ensure first time right

· Performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalations where needed to ensure quality of delivery

· Performs integration and migration work in accordance with process framework and contractual obligations

· Secures that OS, HW, SW, licenses and configuration data is available in correct format/version

· Defines and manages exit criteria and handover documentation to support revenue recognition and customer value

· Drives changes to processes and methods related to integration activities to improve delivery efficiency and quality

· Should be able to manage and mentor the allocated team and associated requirements

The skills you bring:

· Strong understanding of Customer Insights, Data Analytics, and Change and Improvement Management. Strong troubleshooting skills.

· Experienced with Network Security, Cloud Engineering, and Pre-sales

· Stakeholder management, service improvement, and service delivery experience

· Experience of leveraging data, automation, and AI/ML based technologies where you successfully access, interpret, and utilize information and insights to make informed and ethical decisions.

· Responsible for the technical integration of the defined solution in a project based on compliance to relevant regulations and laws with an ethical guiding principle.

· A strong technical background in telecommunications technologies and planning tools and systems with a continuous learning attitude to stay current and adaptable with all technological advances.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent

· With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience

· Open to relocate: Cebu/Davao work location
