Your Role

As an AI Engineer, you'll combine strong backend engineering skills with practical AI/ML experience to design, integrate, and deploy intelligent features in scalable systems. You'll collaborate across teams to develop APIs, fine-tune models, and bring automation and intelligence into production-grade applications.

software engineering and applied AI.
What You'll Do
AI/ML Integration

• Design and integrate AI/ML models for intelligent automation, analytics, and code generation
• Fine-tune and deploy models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs
• Build and maintain data pipelines and training workflows for model development and monitoring

Backend & Systems Development

• Develop scalable APIs and microservices using , Python, .NET, or Java (experience with Java is a plus)
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products through well-structured backend systems
• Work closely with frontend, data, and product teams to define architecture and deployment strategies

Cloud & DevOps

• Leverage AWS, Azure, or GCP for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and continuous optimization
• Implement observability, performance tuning, and security best practices for AI-enabled systems

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in backend or systems engineering
• 2+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML development, fine-tuning, or integration
• Familiarity with major AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs)
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, architecture, and scalability principles
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and modern deployment pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborative mindset and interest in Audio Visual, embedded, or IoT environments
