Key Responsibilities

. Support Presales Activities

  • Analyze customer needs using a data-driven approach and recommend high-level product and service solutions.
  • Review existing customer networks to identify needs, gaps, and possible solutions.
  • Assess impacts of planned implementations on existing network infrastructure.
  • Recommend features and solutions based on network assessment.
  • Propose migration strategies, testing plans, and acceptance processes.

. Plan Integration Implementation

  • Define service scope for delivery activities.
  • Estimate cost and timeline for implementation.
  • Plan activity sequencing and coordination requirements.
  • Prepare verification, testing, and migration plans.
  • Identify quality checkpoints.
  • Define test and migration strategy including environment requirements.
  • Develop scripts/codes based on requirements or coordinate with software developers.

. Execute Integration Delivery

  • Define required parameter changes (set/update/delete).
  • Ensure availability of templates and tools for script development.
  • Collect configuration data following agreed templates and processes.
  • Use approved tools to generate DT/scripts/files.
  • Verify all scripts/files as per procedure.
  • Ensure OSS, hardware, software, licenses, and configuration data are in correct format and version.
  • Upload configuration data to node/OSS.
  • Perform integration and migration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Execute exit criteria procedures including health checks and validation.
  • Raise CSR for detected faults.
  • Prepare a completion report following required format.

. Prepare Integration Testing

  • Define system, module, and acceptance test cases.
  • Prepare test documentation templates.
  • Develop handover documentation.
  • Document the delivered solution.

. Perform Troubleshooting

  • Conduct process-based troubleshooting using inputs, actions, and expected outcomes.
  • Escalate issues to Integration Support Unit (ITAC) or Customer Support when needed.
  • Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) activities.
  • Collaborate with Integration CSR team to resolve integration issues.
  • Own and manage root-cause handling for integration problems.

Drive Integration Improvements

  • Analyze current processes, tools, and methods to identify performance and quality gaps.
  • Propose and implement improved ways of working.
  • Conduct technical impact assessments as part of Life Cycle Management (LCM).
  • Evaluate the solution end-to-end and break complex problems into manageable tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
