Integration Engineer (Full-Time)

Location: Cebu or Davao (Open to Relocation)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end integration services. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, executing, and validating integration activities—including configurations, upgrades, migrations, and system expansions. You will also ensure full compliance with organizational directives, legal standards, E+OHS, and data security/privacy policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support presales through analytics, solution proposals, and integration strategy during commercial engagements.
  • Define integration strategy aligned with contractual requirements to secure customer value.
  • Establish scope, quality benchmarks, cost estimates, timelines, and activity plans.
  • Prepare, validate, and manage scripts and configurations with high accuracy prior to execution.
  • Create and run test cases to ensure first-time-right delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, executing corrective actions or escalating when necessary.
  • Conduct integration and migration tasks in line with process frameworks and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure OS, hardware, software, licenses, and configuration data are in correct format and version.
  • Manage exit criteria, documentation, and handover to support revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements in integration processes, tools, and delivery methods.
  • Mentor and manage assigned team members, guiding them on technical and operational requirements.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong proficiency in customer insights, data analytics, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Experience in network security, cloud engineering, and presales support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, service delivery, and service improvement background.
  • Ability to leverage data, automation, and AI/ML technologies for informed and ethical decision-making.
  • Deep technical understanding of telecommunications technologies, planning tools, and systems.
  • Adaptable learner who stays updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent.
  • 3–10 years of relevant experience in integration or similar technical roles.
  • Willing to relocate to Cebu or Davao.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
