Job Description:

  • Responsible for coordinating the transport of inbound and outbound movements, both domestically and internationally.
  • Communicate with shippers, oversea counterparts, and consignees on documentation requirements and scheduling criteria.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of inbound and outbound movements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations against established targets to ensure the logistics are aligned and met the customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration or other related courses.
  • Proficiency in Cargo Wise system.
  • With air export experience with compliance with regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • He/she must ensure accuracy of data entry.
  • Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings.
  • Someone who can demonstrate a proactive and timely approach to tasks and goals.
  • Someone who recognizes the need for immediate action, prioritizing effectively, and minimizing delays in achieving desired outcomes.
