Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. This role involves assisting customers via voice (inbound/outbound), chat, and ticket management, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or K-12 Graduate
  • Must have a minimum of of 6 months BPO experience or 6 months customer service experience (including face-to-face interactions) or via voice support
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and ticketing systems (Blended Support)
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to inquiries and concerns
  • Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Document interactions accurately in the system
  • Meet quality and performance metrics for customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve account goals
