This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: The schedule currently M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls assisting Medicare Advantage customers with filling out a booking appointment form on the clients website.
- Making outbound calls to remind customers its the annual enrollment period if they would like to make any changes to their healthcare policy
- Assisting the client CircleEngage to get as many of their Medicare Advantage customers as possible to sign up for an appointment with a licensed insurance representative during the annual enrollment period
- Minimal. Agent is only required to assist the customer on the client's website by filling out a basic form on behalf of the customer. Once the form is submitted, the client does the rest.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow scripts and adhere to structured outreach timelines and compliance standards.
- Previous experience in a call center, admissions, or customer service preferred.
- Availability to work within designated call hours and comply with appointment protocols.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer Service skills, will be speaking with older people in the US must have patience and be kind.
- Basic computer skills going to a URL to sign in and fill out an online form.
- Must have great English skills with minimal accent
