The Relations Associate is responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, or the public. This role involves effective communication, conflict resolution, and strategic outreach to support the organization's reputation and growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can manage multiple relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, or stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for relationship management and support.
  • Coordinate communications, including emails, calls, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in planning and executing outreach strategies and engagement campaigns.
  • Resolve issues or concerns raised by partners or clients in a timely, professional manner.
  • Gather feedback and insights to improve services or partnership outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and communications in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure aligned messaging and service delivery.
  • Support brand reputation through consistent, positive stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare reports and updates on relationship status, feedback, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, public relations, client services, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in event coordination or public engagement.
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms.
