JOB SUMMARY

This position shall be primarily responsible for planning and directing public relations programs and events designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company and its brand portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the media representatives, trade magazines, radio, television, clients, and vendors

· Recommends and coordinates with influencers and KOLs for seeding initiatives

· Helps in conceptualizing articles for media seeding

· Responsible for sending out all press releases

· Coordinates product seeding initiatives across different brands and business units

· Comes up with copies for campaigns, spiels for events, etc.

· Assists PR Manager with compilation and production of press kits

· Responsible for budget preparation for events and photo shoots

· Helps source out external suppliers and service providers such as caterers, photographers, videographers, stylists, hair & make-up artists, venues, etc.

· Monitors media releases and articles published per month

· Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media, or other business-related courses

· At least one year minimum experience preferably in marketing or related industry

· Knowledgeable in PR Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Events

· Proficient in English and Filipino in both oral and written

· Ability to collaborate with levels in the organization and adapt to various changing situations

· Having a wide network of media linkages is an advantage

· Journalistic and creative writing skills are a plus but are not required
