About the role

We are seeking a talented Financial Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at CAREPLUS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' This is a full-time, remote position based in Metro Manila, offering a competitive salary of up to 25,000 Philippine Pesos. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with a range of financial inquiries and transactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their financial queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  2. Process financial transactions and update customer accounts accurately and efficiently
  3. Provide guidance and support to customers on the use of financial products and services
  4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the financial services industry
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and financial software applications
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the financial services industry
