Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Metro Manila (Manila or Quezon City). The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage financial reporting and analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing budgets, implementing financial controls, and contributing to the organization's overall financial strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting principles
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid background in Finance
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Relevant experience in financial management, ideally within the education or nonprofit sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
  • Leadership skills
