About the Role

We're looking for a Remote 2D/3D CAD Consultant / Customer Service Representative to support clients and internal teams with technical design needs. This hybrid role combines CAD expertise with client communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both design work and helping others solve technical challenges.

You'll assist clients with CAD-related inquiries, perform design adjustments, and ensure that projects meet technical and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote assistance for CAD-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Create, modify, and review 2D and 3D drawings based on project specifications.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify design requirements and project details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality technical outputs.
  • Maintain detailed records of revisions, client feedback, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience using 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple projects.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • (Preferred) Background in architecture, engineering, or industrial design.
  • Amenable to working US hours.
