About the role

At Structureworks, we are seeking a talented 3D CAD Drafter to join our dynamic Engineering team. As a 3D Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed engineering drawings and designs to support the delivery of our innovative outdoor products. This is a remote full-time permanent role.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting engineering specifications, calculations and sketches to produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings
  • Collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and industry standards
  • Maintaining and updating CAD libraries, templates and drawing standards
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a CAD Drafter or Design Technician, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proficiency in using Autodesk Inventor Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Strong technical drawing and design skills, with the ability to interpret engineering specifications and translate them into accurate drawings
  • Familiar with imperial measurements and western construction practices
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate and comply with relevant standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines; background check required
