Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You'll drive employee engagement initiatives, oversee day-to-day office operations, support HR projects, and apply HR policies with a strong understanding of business and operational impact in a healthcare setting.

You Will:

  • 3-4 years of relevant HR experience in HR operations, employee services, or office management
  • Hold a four-year bachelor's degree in any discipline, with an understanding of business operations
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace practices
  • Apply HR policies and processes with a clear understanding of business and operational impact
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a professional, cooperative, and ethical approach
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • Confidently share ideas and contribute practical, business-aligned recommendations

You Have Experience In:

  • Providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, resolving employee queries and applying policies with a commercial, business-aligned approach
  • Drafting, reviewing, and communicating HR policies, internal communications, and change initiatives that support organizational goals
  • Supporting HR projects, process improvements, and business initiatives using data and insights to inform decisions
  • Coordinating employee engagement and wellness programs aligned with business priorities
  • Managing office operations and vendor relationships while balancing operational and business needs
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general queries
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and support reporting needs
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and team events
  • Support internal communications and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure the office environment is safe, organized, and conducive to productivity
  • Collaborate with IT and facility vendors to resolve employee issues and support workspace needs
  • Assist in policy reviews and contribute to the development of HR documentation and templates
  • Support HR projects and initiatives including process improvements, compliance audits, and training delivery
  • Escalate challenges and identify hotspots for leadership attention and resolution
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts using data insights from case management and employee feedback
