Salary Range: Open
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x onsite per week)

The role
The HR Business Partner – Employee Relations & Engagement plays a critical role in fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture by leading employee relations initiatives and engagement programs. This role partners closely with business leaders and teams to proactively address people issues, drive employee experience strategies, and ensure alignment with company values and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and people leader with extensive experience in employee relations, engagement, and leadership coaching within a dynamic business environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) function, including case management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation to mitigate risk and support sound people decisions.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives that enhance morale, retention, and productivity.
- Partner with leaders and other departments to analyze engagement data, identify trends, and drive targeted action plans for improvement.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, serving as a trusted advisor on employee and leadership matters.
- Support the creation, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, inclusion, and positive workplace relations.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6-8 years of solid experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in handling complex ER cases with sound judgment and discretion.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing employee engagement or culture transformation programs.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- A calm, empathetic, and objective approach in dealing with sensitive employee issues.
