Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent in the FMCG industry.
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures across the Petaling Jaya location.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful HR Business Partner Should Have

  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and software.
