Job description:

The Marketing Officer is a key position within CEM, tasked with the strategic execution of marketing campaigns to drive high levels of engagement with target audiences. The incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, while also focusing on optimizing the overall customer experience across various marketing channels.

Task Execution and Coordination:

  • Creates and develops customer campaigns to increase engagement and to build loyalty and advocacy among existing clients, thereby increasing their lifetime value
  • Execute marketing campaigns, comprehensive marketing engagement plans aligned with overall business objectives
  • Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure marketing activities are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and providing insights to optimize campaign performance and improve customer engagement.
  • Plan and implement initiatives to increase referrals from existing clients
  • Make recommendations for feasible methods for market penetration
  • Organize and manage marketing events to promote brand awareness.
  • Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the organization

Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Technical: Marketing software, analytics tools, CRM systems, and other reporting dashboards; Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
  • Soft Skills: Creativity, communication, collaboration, attention to detail.
  • Competencies: Campaign execution, stakeholder management, process improvement, reporting.

Experience Needed:

  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years in marketing or campaign management, PR, brand management
  • Years of Experience: Minimum years in a similar marketing or coordination role.
  • Specific Achievements: Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
