Job Description:
- ·Answering telephone calls promptly
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Scheduling appointments
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes
- Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Job Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Good time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
