Role Overview:

We are seeking a polished and professional Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude to uphold our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule and manage appointments using our CRM systems.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
  • Assist clients with check-ins, check-outs, and payment processes.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Coordinate with other clinic staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide information on clinic services, promotions, and policies.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of client records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role (experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
