The Sales Manager is responsible in selling shrimp and other seafood products to a range of clients including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and food institutions. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitality, retail, and food service sectors
  • Manage and grow key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and procurement officers
  • Conduct regular market anal ysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation and closing deals
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, KPIs, and customer feedback
  • Represent the company in trade shows, food expos, and client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in seafood handling and sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years of sales experience in the seafood or food distribution industry
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales experience, with an established network in hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and food institutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of seafood products and industry standards is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, events, or site inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php117,000.00 per month
