Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with key clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market insights to drive strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
