Role Title: HR Business Partner (Senior Manager Level)

Type: People Manager (reports to the HR Director)

Schedule: Morning shift; Onsite/Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end department goals and objectives from Performance HR Business Partnering, Performance Achievement/Management and People Development which includes but not limited to Talent Assessment, Workforce and Succession Planning, Coaching, New Employee Orientation and Employee Discipline.
  • Facilitate and drive employee engagement initiatives within the organization aligned to overall business objectives.
  • Provides Employee Relations support in alignment with the company policies, guidelines, and applicable Philippines laws.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years' experiences in Human Resources with at least two (2) years exposure in HR Operations, Performance Management in a multinational company
  • Including demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR business partnering
  • Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations and dispute resolution as HR Business Partner
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS (SuccessFactors) including reporting, configuration, and user management
  • Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
  • Holds a bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resource or other related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php200, Php230,000.00 per month
