Responsibility Statements

• Ensures completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of Supplier master data and related information enabling Accounts Payable activities;
• Evaluate and review supplier master data provided – inquire or investigate the accuracy of data;
• Input Supplier master data attributes into the system;
• Coordinates with Conduent business partners and relevant teams related to supplier information including answering queries/emails and data gathering;
• Maintains first level ownership of Supplier Management tasks and provides input for corrective action;
• Maintains first-level ownership for creation, review and update of process documents.
• Maintains updated operational data in standard templates;
• Create operational reports as required;
• Analyzes and summarizes information as required;
• Resolves long-term Supplier Management issues;
• Manages small groups to ensure the completion of tasks and specific projects;
• Provides training to new team members and conducts refresher training;
• Performs User Access Testing as required;
• Complies with all policies and standards;
• Performs other duties as assigned.
