JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Visit assigned number of customers per week. This responsibility include the following tasks:
  • Inform customers of the latest company programs (new products, new models, latest promos and other relevant updates about our company, products and/or services).
  • Distribute latest company/ product collaterals applicable to visited customers (brochures, catalogues, samples, etc…)
  • Book schedules and visitation as needed
  • Assess and observe customers' facilities/ office to spot potential need for the assigned accounts.
  • Inquire, identify/ gather latest customer information such as but not limited to the following and endorse to Immediate Superior for review, evaluation and decision on proper action plans:
  • Assist in identifying potential customers through: yellow pages, directories, telemarketing, internet and other potential sources.

Work with and/or Immediate Superior to generate sales from identified business opportunities/ sales leads. This includes the following, in coordination with identified point persons for each transaction:

  • Processing of customer accreditation and/ or credit terms.
  • Preparation of quotation, processing of order slip and other sales transactions necessary to serve the requirements.
  • Monitors status of offers/quotations and makes necessary adjustments to ensure of getting the sales.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales (HVAC/Ventilation)
  • Willing to field works
