Finance Manager

What you will achieve:

  1. Financial Management & Reporting:

  2. Oversee the financial management of the Philippines subsidiary, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippines financial regulations.

  3. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and provide accurate and timely financial data to headquarters.

  4. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

  5. Tax & Compliance:

  6. Ensure compliance with Philippines tax regulations, including GST, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Withholding Tax.

  7. Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

  8. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

  9. Monitor cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and ensure sufficient working capital for operations.

  10. Manage banking relationships, support financing, and oversee foreign exchange risk management.

  11. Business Finance Support:

  12. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.

  13. Oversee financial operations, improve processes, and enhance financial efficiency.

  14. Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CA certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of financial experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational corporations or listed companies.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Philippines tax regulations, with experience in audit, tax, and treasury functions.
  • Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and financial data analysis.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to lead and optimize a local finance team.
