Customs Declarant responsibilities:

  • assess the document upon receipt (via e-mail)

  • Tariff classification and duties computation.

  • coordinate closely the documentary requirements before filing Import.

  • shall secure endorsed documents prior to arrival that will be used

in entry submission to Customs.

  • Entry lodgment

  • Submission of Daily Status Report

  • Ensuring the accuracy of customs clearance papers

  • Following the customs clearance process strictly

  • Ensuring on-time submission of customs clearance paper to authority

Minimum Qualifications:

A Graduate of BS Customs Administration.

With at least 1 to 2 years of working experience as a Declarant

Knows how to use the following;

* VASP - E2M / TSAD/ PEZA EIPS-AEDS

* Good Classification and Computation skills.

* Knowledgeable in BOC Portal submission and processes.

* Proficient in MS Office Applications.

* Good communication Skills.

  • Willing to start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
