Position : Construction Estimator

Work Hours (Client) : 8am-5pm FT / 40 hours weekly

Holidays : TBD

Pay Range : $1000-$1300/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team and support our bidding process on various construction projects. This role involves performing takeoffs, gathering cost information, and working with suppliers to secure bids. The Construction Estimator will play a key part in helping us deliver accurate and competitive estimates for roofing and general construction projects.

Conduct precise quantity takeoffs for materials and labor across roofing and other trades as requiredDevelop cost estimates and budgets for project bids, including materials, labor, and other expensesGather and analyze hard costs, ensuring all components are accurately reflected in the estimateSource, request, and review bids from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricingAssist in evaluating project requirements and specifications to ensure accurate scope and costingMaintain an organized system for tracking bids, takeoffs, and supplier communications for reference and reportingWe also need estimating experience in office/hotel/apartment renovations and horizontal infrastructure services as a GC as well as all types of commercial construction ground up

Minimum Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in construction estimatingStrong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and processes, with a focus on roofing and general contractingExcellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in takeoffs and estimatesStrong communication skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teamsProcore platform experienceBluebeam platform experienceBuilding Connected platform experiencePlanhub platform experienceConstruct Connect platform experience
